Visa requirements for exhibitors
You need to know about visa & immigration
As per the Minister of Law and Human Rights (KEPMENKUMHAM) Decree No. M.HH-02.GR.01.04 of 2023, exhibitors participating in Automechanika Jakarta are mandated to obtain the C11 Visa.
What is the C11 visa?
The C11 visa is crafted to adhere to Indonesia's immigration regulations, allowing participants to legally engage in exhibition activities. Therefore, to ensure a seamless and trouble-free experience during the exhibition in Indonesia, we recommend that all international exhibitors apply for the C11 visa (including exhibitors from ASEAN countries).
Rules and requirements:
- Exhibitors must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months.
- Visa on Arrival is NOT accepted for exhibitors participating in our exhibitions.
- The organisers do not handle visa arrangements for exhibitors traveling to Indonesia.
- Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining their visas well in advance of the show. Failure to do so may lead to exhibition space cancellation and the incurrence of cancellation fees as per the contract terms.
- All foreigners visiting Indonesia must adhere to the regulations set by the Indonesian Immigration Office & Health Authorities. For further guidance, please visit: https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/
